The Mind-Body Scan.
This drill pairs well with our articles on and drills for mindfulness. It allows a person to really figure out what is going on inside their mind and how it impacts their body.
Practitioners see it daily, people who come in with tension in places that don't make any sense or report pain without a specific injury. Stress and other outside factors can lead to this manifestation.
This drill can also help you with eating and feeling more full during times when it feels like everything is going wrong. Take the time to try it out and see how much it can help you.
